Mark Hayman

Mark is a co-opted governor at Hawkhurst, he joined the governing body in 2015 having already worked at the school for a number of years as the IT Technician.

Marks aim on becoming a governor was to help with the future development of the school ensuring a sound footing for taking the next step to becoming recognised by ofsted as an excellent school, and to increase his awareness of the issues surrounding the day to management of the school.

Mark has previously worked for both Kent County Council and the London Borough of Bromley in a variety of IT positions and has a history of IT Project Management as well as a comprehensive technical background. He currently works to support a number of Kent schools I.T. systems as well as being a part time driving instructor.
